It really depends what your going to do
To print pictures that you take a 5 mega pixel will be sufficient. for quality printing. All digital cameras have adjustable pixels in case you just want to email a pic you can set it to 1 MP. If you try to email a 3-7 MP it will take longer or and may not work at all. I had both sony and fuji cameras they are both great

i this case i ll go for fujiflim. it is easier to use.
